First Baptist Church of Troy, NC, is a Southern Baptist Church whose roots stretch back to its founding in 1885. Our standard of belief is God's Word as found in the Bible. The church is affiliated with the Montgomery Baptist Association, the North Carolina Baptist Convention, and the Southern Baptist Convention.

Our church has Sunday School classes and worship services for all ages. We also have a children's schedule of special services and events, and mission organizations for all ages to participate in mission activities. The Youth Pastor leads youth
, grades 6-12, in Bible studies, activities, out-of-town mission trips, and recreational trips. An After School Program for elementary school students, with pickup at the schools by church bus, is available at reasonable cost for children of working parents.
